History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scythe use. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
