History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Emerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 33. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Percival enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy

Description: Standing 3'4", this man is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. A true patriot, Howard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Berrian was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bricklayer. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
