Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Fonkin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Fonkin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Bundrigo hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Sailor. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bundrigo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
