History: Osco was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
