His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.
