Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Balam's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dragonborn, and stands approximately 6'6". He tends to wear a large black jacket, and his gloved hand is found clutching a bow. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His black hair is long and unkept. He has brown eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Locksmith like his mother before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to find somewhere to settle down
