History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Roofer father left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and doesn't want to be a sellsword and was forced into it by his family

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Darrak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Darrak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light violet in addition to tight pants and is in decent physical shape. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Faran lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his religion dominates his actions
