Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His crest is red, silky, and of moderate length. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
