Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Adrik never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
