History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Thomas was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This malnourished man wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His black hair is thinning but still full. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Theren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Cook like his mother before him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Galinndan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and to reunite with his absent father
