Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against drow
