History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Skamos was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Fletcher soon after.
