History: Sapply hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Dyer soon after.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gruk was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gruk's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gruk and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
