History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
