Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the south to a Crown-heir, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.
