History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Patrick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Patrick decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Mortician, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He became a Sailor soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This southern man wears professional attire. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ghaliver embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and seeks redemption
