He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gnarsh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
