History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He became a Merchant soon after.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His cinnamon fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Animal Trainer who has hired him part-time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Damien fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends
