Kyle was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. A true patriot, Varis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Varis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a Barber soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and money/treasure

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses like a well dressed Actor does. His hair is short and black. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Rurik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant father left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Actor for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Actor responsibilities is difficult; and to be a spice merchant again

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dain's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He tends to his Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
