Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Norman was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Norman's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Barakas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Pijjirik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
