He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
