History: He was born in the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Hupe was born the youngest of three triplets. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
