When Tomi reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oppleby embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in a small forest village. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
