History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. History: Born in the east to a Spy, Ortegar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Leucis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Leucis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
