History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fulbar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has wavy white crest. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He now mingles about in high society.
