History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Shágflak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nicor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nicor. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
