Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ulfgar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Ulfgar reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Actor who has hired him part-time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Actor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Borun enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Borun hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Borun liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
