Description: This younger middle-aged man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is cut close to his head. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a grey tunic with yellow highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'5". He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His crest is bronze and very short. His red eyes peer out from beneath his small blue hat.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Kerkad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Kerkad has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
