History: Aerdeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Aerdeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
