Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Shivering was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shivering's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fortune-teller.
