History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Keth was taken on many hunting expeditions. Keth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
