Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His fur is cut close to his head. His ears are large.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fortune-teller born in the past three hundred years. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a miller again
