Description: This slender man stands about 2'10". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His hair is red and very short. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Halander embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Halander has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Ernest was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Solomon was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He wears his yellow fur up. He is baby faced.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shadow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people; and tabaxi compassion
