Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
