History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Seebo and his spouse have recently divorced.
