Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born in the east. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
