History: Mordai was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Robert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
