Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nalral grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
