His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
