Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Shane is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shane took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently the stress of being a Adventurer has made it difficult for him to sleep.
