History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Naill lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Description: An older man who likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, he is not a threatening figure. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: The child of a Fortune-teller, who enjoyed hunting, Gormogord was taken on many hunting expeditions. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he has money and likes to spend it
