Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Uthemar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uthemar grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything.
