He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Gifted from a young age, Oblar studied abroad. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
