History: Varis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Bowyer father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Kite was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Knight. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To be a Beggar again; and balancing his hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult
