History: Qemuel was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
