History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heian studied abroad. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
