Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
