History: Vlorn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Vlorn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
