Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mord fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
