History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Whurbin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ortegar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Ortegar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ortegar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
